Audi allroad - valve N75 - Hi: I'm having some problems with my audi allroad, well the thing is: I have code PO1557 positive deviation or some like that, well I already check the wastages and both open when I put pressure on them around 14psi. my question is about the valve n75, someone know is this valve in closed Feb 8, 2011 · Engine running at idle. Select the ENGINE Controller. Choose BASIC SETTINGS -04, Choose GROUP 011 (or turbo controls from the pull-down menu) Choose GRAPH if you want, or just watch the numbers. The N75 duty cycle will cycle from OFF to ON every 5 seconds or so. (about 10% duty cycle to about 90% duty cycle.)

Dec 28, 2006 · One connection is directly to the manifold, protected by a check valve. The second connection starts at the side port of the three-way check valve and is ultimately connected to the vacuum canister located underneath the driver’s side front fender. It is used by the N249 and the N112 as outlined below.

May 7, 2009 · 4. Prior revision, 034 boost control valve installed after not meeting full boost with N75 5. Current revision, MBC, no hardware differences from graph 1 6. Current revision, BRAND NEW N75, same issues as graph 2 So in summary. Without any hardware changes or revisions, I went from making full boost to not meeting requested on the SAME N75 valve.

Re: How do i test the N75 on a 2.5 TDI? To test the actuator, look at the position when the engine is off. The actuator should be full down (as looking at the engine in situ) when the engine is started, the actuator should rise to the stop screw. To test the N75, you need VCDS, go to basic settings, block 11.

Jun 23, 2010 · In a 3rd gear pull starting from 2,000 RPMs-4,000, the N75 value was 92%. Later did a 2nd gear pull starting @ 2,000RPMs and went to 5,000 RPMs, N75 value spiked from 95%, back down to 82%, hit 85%, then jumped back up to 95.5%. Pedal was to the floor the whole time, so that fluxuation.
